No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our luxury raw hair, and each order is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you have any concerns or questions about your order once received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.


Shipping Timeframe

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping delays due to the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses are out of our control.
